I’ve lived in a body that hurt.

mine and others’
and what I’ve learned is this:

I’ve walked that road
and I’ve come out the other side with tools that work.
Your body is speaking and you can learn to listen.
Pain is not the enemy.
It’s a message, asking for attention.
When we pause long enough to listen,
we find the tension behind the symptom,
the story behind the sensation.
Awareness creates movement.
Movement creates freedom.
